Pt presenting with constant severe headache prominent at the occipital region,with disbalance n came with specific gait.
After a thorough investigation,pt was diagnosed with medullary blastoma in the 4th ventricle of the brain.
She had undergone surgery to remove the tumor and pt was unconscious since then.
During an abdominal palpation ,doctor found that her abdomen is tender and patient had sub febrile fever.
Later the pt diagnosed with peritonitis due to perforated stomach caused by undiagnosed ulcer
Pt is now under treatment and still sopor GCS 6.pt condition is not stable.
